Lyone Conner

Lyone Conner moved to the East Bay from Sacramento fifteen years ago. She is a mother of two, fluent in Spanish, and holds an MA in Leadership from Saint Mary's College. She entered the field of student service out of passion versus profession, and she is still on a journey of identifying the perfect blend of the two as it pertains to advising students. She believes in the power of the student voice and has an appreciation for advocacy of causes one feels strongly about. It was the humor, sincerity, and both positive and negative feedback from the LEAD staff and students that sold her on the idea of working at UC Berkeley, so she thanks you and looks forward to learning with you!
