Gray, 2020.
GRAY is an original drama series written and directed by Elysse Green (Theater and Performance Studies, 2020). For her capstone project in Fall 2020, Green directed a livestreamed workshop of GRAY with performances of select scenes from the series.
GRAY tells the story of a young Black man who is killed by the police during a routine traffic stop. Burdened and grieving, his loved ones try to put the pieces of their broken lives back together. But when secrets are revealed and relationships are caught in the crossfire, his family finds that the need for love is stronger than ever.
